RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Comfort Zone Edit (“we,” “us,” “our”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Policy outlines your rights and our practices regarding returns and refunds. It applies to all orders shipped within the United States and internationally.
SECTION 1 – RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless otherwise required by local law.

To be eligible for a return:

SECTION 3 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products

Custom or personalized items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Sale, clearance, or final-sale items

Important: Do not send items without prior authorization. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Returns (USA):

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is at no cost.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

You may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes when returning items internationally.
SECTION 6 – TIMELINE FOR CREDITS & REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:

Store Credit: Issued within 2–3 business days after approval.

Refund to Original Payment Method: Processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at ComfortZoneHou@gmail.com.
SECTION 7 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing:

Packaging and labels

Verified claims will receive a full refund or replacement at no cost.
SECTION 8 – EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, return the original item under this policy and place a separate order.
SECTION 9 – REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is refused or returned due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Failure to pick up from carrier

Delivery refusal
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Reshipping fees may apply.
SECTION 10 – INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS & EU COOLING-OFF PERIOD
European Union (EU) Customers:

You may cancel your order within 14 days from delivery for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging.

You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Other International Countries:

Your local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.

This policy does not limit rights granted by applicable local laws.
SECTION 11 – TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Duties and taxes collected at checkout may not be refundable through Comfort Zone.

Refunds for duties or taxes (if applicable) must be addressed with your local customs authority.

U.S. state tax collected on orders shipped within the United States will be refunded in accordance with applicable state law.
SECTION 12 – CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us:

We will provide evidence of delivery and compliance with this policy.

Your order may be permanently blocked from future purchase.

You may be held liable for recovery of funds.
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve issues directly.
SECTION 13 – SAFETY NOTICE

Returns of hazardous items (flammable products, chemicals, etc.) may be restricted by law and shipping carrier rules.

If a product is restricted, we will advise you of proper disposal options.
