2. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Allow an additional 1-2 weeks for production before shipment.

Processing times do not include shipping transit times.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.A.)

    • Orders under $50: Standard shipping fee applies

    • Orders over $50: Standard shipping may be free if promotion applies

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to update shipping fees at any time.


5. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking details.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for:

We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order. Comfort Zone Edit LLC is not responsible for delays, taxes, or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.


7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: Contact us at ComfortZoneHou@gmail.com if your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window. We will assist in investigating with the carrier.

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders may be processed and cannot be changed.


9. Shipping Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for delays caused by:

    • Carrier issues

    • Natural disasters

    • Customs inspections

    • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • International shipments may experience additional delays due to regulatory or carrier processes.
