SECTION 21 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping policies are as follows:

  • Processing Times: Orders processed within 3–5 business days; custom/personalized items may take 1–2 additional weeks.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 10–20 business days
      Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Domestic promotions may apply.

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking details via email.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours for damage claims; lost packages will be investigated.

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Modifications possible within 24 hours of order placement.

SECTION 22 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return and refund policies are as follows:

  • Return Window: 30 days from receipt.

  • Options: Store credit or refund to original payment method.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition with tags; custom, perishable, or personal care items may be non-returnable.

  • Damages or Defects: Report within 48 hours with photos. Replacement or refund provided.

  • EU 14-Day Cooling-Off: International orders shipped to the EU may be canceled/returned within 14 days.

  • Refund Timing: Store credit issued within 2–3 business days; refunds processed within 10 business days after inspection.

All content, logos, designs, and custom products remain the property of Comfort Zone Edit. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
